This year is my first season watching it and i haven't missed an episode..... I guess I like it. I do find the drama that Seacrest tries to build up before the results are announced lame. If anyone watched INX Rockstar before they watched AI, Idol pales greatly in comparison.

I did when they did the first season where Kelly Clarkson won (in my opinion she is and has been the only successful American Idol winner). That was the only season I watched. Now it's just ridiculous...

Not particularly. Any show that depends on the animosity of it's hosts to the contestants (and each other) has some intrinsic design flaws. Then again, maybe the whole thing just exceeds my own personal kook factor!

I am probably the only person in this country but i have never watched AI and never will! I do have to say I like Kelly Clarkson though!
