1. Switch on wipers so they in the vertical position.

2. Switch off the key.

3. Place a heavy rag at the base of the wiper arm

4. Lift the wiper so it bends backwards at the hinge

5. With a large screw driver or ply bar gently pry up

there is differnt types there is a clip on some that when you pull them up you will see at the badse a clip that with a screwdriver you can move out wards or if there is no clip and it flips all the way up they sometimes come off or on most chevys you use a rag and a pair of pliers to pull them off make sure your wiper are "home " in the down point before putting it back on or you will have to repaint your truck.

there should be a little tab sticking out from the wiper, where it mounts onto the car. you have to hold that out, and then pry under the wiper, next to the shaft that comes out of the car.
