Murder,Rape and Identity theft are long lasting and devastating the thing is with Identity theft you do not meet the person face to face.
It's quick and another day I may choose different.

I would rate child molestation at the top of the list. I that is the most despicable thing a person could do next to killing a child.
Next would be rape, murder, assault, fraud, car theft, bank robbery. The last three can be in any order, I don't particularly care.

An interesting question.
My order from most damning to least damning.
Child Molesting (And Senior Abuse)
Rape
Murder
Fraud (I include identity theft as fraud, which costs billions a year)
Assault
Theft (of any significant personal property not covered by Fraud)
Bank Robbery

Assault, murder, rape, bank robbery, child molestation should be capitol offenses that should get the death penalty. Crime would drop DRAMATICALLY! Car theft and fraud should include a caning like they do in Indonesia along with some severe community work and a little jail time.. Again crime would drop DRAMATICALLY! But unfortunately with all the pansies running the law in this country it will go on the same and crime will keep going up, up, and up....

Murder
Child Molestation
Rape
Assault
Fraud
Bank Robbery
Car Theft
Lots of notes and disclaimers need to be added. I have taken the extreme end of each of these crimes as many are a category with a broad range of acts.
I wouldn't really rate in terms of morality. You don't criminalize morality as they differ from person to person and culture ot culture. I rated in terms of severity based on crimes to victims. (Compared with when no weapons and no one harmed.)
The one on your list I think that gets a break is fraud with car theft and bank robbery usually taking harsher penalties even if dealing in less value stolen.

Rape/murder/child molestation/assault at equal par as worst and opens doors for proponants of capital punishment.
Bank robbery, almost as severe as above due to the potential for someone getting killed or severely injured; makes many in our society want to leave these criminals in prisons forever.
Car theft/Fraud inconveniences entire society with tax increases and insurance premiums increases, and the untold inconveniences it causes individuals of lower income; makes the idea of torture very tempting (even for a pacifist).
