definitely the 2nd ones!!! i love the pockets=) and i like the color of the jeans a lot too. as for the 1st ones, skinny jeans are going to be out for the spring. and i dont like the pockets of them anyway.

#2 for sure!!!! so much cuter!! plus skinny jeans aren't that in for spring and summer anymore and you'll wear a basic color jean like the second one a lot more-- plus true religion jeans fit amazingly!!

i think that the skinny jeans are better, but that's only because i love skinny jeans with all my heart!! and they make everything look more fashion forward and mod! you could wear it with a dressy top and make it look formal too!

I like the first pair. I prefer the darker denim, plus darker denim is more flattering.
