Friends mostly , through them you can find a dealer. Or try and grow it yourself - easier said than done ;)
Why do people on here act like smoking weed is not normal - everyone I know has done it at least once- now crack that is whack - that is not normal . People that smoke pot don't look unusal either they look like regular people the only cues you may get is red eyes or they use eye drops a lot.Or they are laughing their *** off for no reason :)

If you have military base access, the grocery baggers have a damn good cover---I use to be one. You take their groceries out to their vehicle and put them in---you tell them I double bagged your frozen goods---and then they tip you.
By the way, it is not illegal to grow it, just don't get caught watering or grooming it. I guess that makes it alright to pull it up and give it away---so to speak.

uhm, growing it is a good place to start. that way you never have to rely on someone else for it and get busted for buying it from an undercover cop
