My father is a screenplay writer and has connections with the industry. But he said I need to learn the hard way and need to write the script myself. He also said It would help if I had a cow-writer to help me. Please anyone interested. The first 5 answers only will go into consideration

Well, your father is right! You MUST get a co-writer NOT a COW-writer...lol Cows can't really write can they? Don't they just eat & think all day? Oh wait, that IS what a script writer does...lol
My advice is if you want to write a movie that requires "a big hero and a heavy cast' then you're talking BIG BUDGET. This of course is assuming by 'heavy cast' you don't just mean a bunch of fat people... ;-) Requiring a big budget will limit the production companies capable and willing to film your script. So, it better be something that catches them instantly and keeps them continuously. Good Luck!
