You mean from your nipples? If so, then that's your colostrum, which is the first milk for your baby. It's super-packed with nutrients and acts as baby's first immunization.
If that's what's going on, it's NORMAL. Some women leak while PG and some don't. Both is normal. Either mom can nurse just fine postpartum.
Buy some nursing pads and put them in your bra to catch any leaks.
No need to call your doctor.

I'm a L&D nurse you should call your doctor in the morning for an appointment, because you may have an infection. It's not necessary to run to the ER though, you will feel more comfortable seeing your doctor and you won't have to wait forever in the ER.

Have your doctor check and make sure you don't have some type of vaginal infection (very common in pregnancy). Unfortunately lots of discharge seems to haunt most women the whole time they are pregnant, even if it's not due to infection! One of the gross things we get to experience...lol
However, since it's not clear discharge, I would sure have the doctor check it just to be sure, could be a yeast infection or something along those lines.

Are you leaking from your breasts or down below? If it's from your breasts then it's no prob you are just starting to produce breast milk.
