Unless I'm missing something here I would say 4 wheels one on each corner, 5 if you want to count the spare.
(Six if you want to count the steering wheel.)
there could be 7 if the Suburban had dual rear wheels, but I don't remember them making any dually suburbans.

My car has 7. Any more, and they may have fallen off.
There is a steering wheel, flywheel, spare wheel in trunk,
and four on the ground.

What size tires? If you mean 6" hand truck tires (http://www.handtrucks.com/hand-truck-wheels/4567+1663.cfm) quite a few.
