After reading this in the news, I cant understand why the perv cant be named, that way other children can be protected. What is society coming to?? He will probably be out in less than 2 years.

i dont read that sort of thing
but if he was named all his other victims would come forward,
the foster system is a system of child perversion,
they are supplyers for the elite
the best way to get loyal polititions
to get control of judges is to supply them with children,
then if they dont do what you want them to do ,you threaten them with exposure
its how you get total control
think lock up the father on a drug charge
make thier kids a ward of the court ;foster them out as a service to the elites you haver a self feeding systimatic abuse and control system
it works ,many people have tried to expose them but they just get locked up in prisons and nut houses for thier efforts ,
things wont change we really have no idea how evil ''the system is''
even perverts are protected
if you know the truth you are still powerless
ervil is really evil
truelly vile but its inherantly intrenched , they are in tiotal control ,sooner or later any reportage just reveals you know if your a real threat
or have real proof you will just get sectioned or certified or lobotimised ;fie of an overdose or set up for life imprisonment ,in us they have the death penalty
what is the answer
there is no answer ,they control it all ,media ,law ,governamce ,prisons ,medical system ,police , records , even the net /web ,its evil intrenched horrific and in time the victims become perpetrators ,what can we do
they know we can do nothing
even knowing what do they care who to trust ,
see the system works
systems are like that

This cannot be right. The name of a convicted criminal, an adult, should be a matter of public record. It is in the US.
This may be part of why the US broke away from the UK. All prosecutions have to be public. This protects the accused as well as the public, because they can't arrest and imprison anybody secretly.

we simply dont give names of ppl who commit crimes because we dont want more crime commited. angry ppl could do worse things to the man then the guy did to a kid and 2 wrongs do make a right unless ur multiplyin negavtives.
but if its around your neighbor hood u can find the names of convicted sexual offenders

If he were named then the girls could be identified since they lived with him. They've suffered enough and don't need that kind of publicity.
