He is in the Mariners Hall of Fame as an announcer. He just hit 4,600 career games announced for the M's.

Denny Matthews. He's been the radio voice of the Royals, doing the play by play, since the Royals first game in 1969. I believe he'll be inducted into the announcers wing of the Hall of Fame this year.

I think that Joe Morgan is the absolute best announcer in the game hands down, most guys dont have a damn clue what they are talking about and he brings ALOT of knowledge to the regular fan who may not know certain things. Him and Jon Miller side by side are the best tandem easily, Miller calls a good play by play while Morgan brings all the knowledge.
I used to like Harold Reynolds alot as well but he was fired about a year ago or so....

''Hawk'' Harrelson for the White Sox. I love it when he says ''HE GONE'' when the Sox get a strike out. Also he says "AND YOU CAN PUT IT ON THE BOARD.........YES!!!!!'' when the Sox hit a homer. Him and DJ (his partner, Darrell Jackson) say the ''yes'' together. When it could be a home run he goes ''stretch, stretch, STRETCH'' and either "he got robbed or his home run saying. I also like the yanks announcer. He is modest. I loved it when Aaron Rowand made a great catch against the Yanks 's and he's like ''one of the best catches you'll ever see'' (this was on the White Sox 05 World Series video). I even hate the Yankees but I love the fun he puts into the game along with Hawk and DJ. I actually like all announcers but these are my two favorites.
