yes i do and i learn from others around me! i don't know what to tell you other than pay attention becuase you probaly have learned from most of them and don't even relize it!

Yes, but it usually does no good. I seldom ever am confronted with the same situation, therefore the opportunity to enact corrective measures does not present itself.
