Any (true) angel stories people?

Question

many people have wonderful stories out there....I met one young woman who had seen a an angel...she said it was absolutely a beautiful being...so pretty that because she is quite a gifted artist...she drew "her" angel...I saw that picture...WOW! IT was a beautiful being! I have seen angels in my dreams...but, they don't like to show me their faces....I just see their gowns,..and the other colors that shine from their gowns! But, they have given me some great helps, and "carried" me when I needed some HELP big time!!!

There was this other story that I heard...a little girl had fallen from a slide...and this angel (boy) had come out of nowhere, and picked her up,and carried her to safety...(she had knocked the wind out of herself) and then he just disappeared! She still refers to him as "her angel"....

so I would love to hear YOUR stories...please!

In 2003 I wrote one of my angelic encounters and put it in my articles section of my website if you care to read it.
"He cares for all the beautiful creatures on earth...even a sparrow. He even cares how we feel about sand dollars to send one of his angels to deliver a gift of love directly."

I'm not sure if this was actually an angel or what, but one day I was driving down a highway on my way to pick up my grandma for a doctors appt. I was following behind a semi rather closely and it was really windy. As we approached a part of the road that had a really steep drop off the side of the road, I heard a voice beside me scream "Back off the truck, NOW!" It kind of freaked me out so I did. When the truck reached the steep drop off, a big gust of wind hit it and caused it to start swerving all over the road and then go down the drop off. I pulled to the side of the road and waiting for the police along with other drivers who had witnessed the accident. The cop laughed at me when I told him why I had backed off the truck. But I believe to this day that if I hadn't heard that voice or hadn't listened to it I would be dead like the truck driver. It remains to this day the scariest thing and the strangest that has ever happened to me.

Several years ago I was going through an extremely horrible time. I was being accused of something I didn't do, my child was facing a very serious operation, I was losing my hair and eyesight and I thought my mind would explode with all the grief I was going through. During one particular night, I couldn't sleep I was crying and was extremely upset. I went and sat in the tub hoping that the bath would calm me down enough to get some sleep. As I was just about to get out of the bathroom, my daughter walked in and said,"Mommy I want you to stop crying everything is going to be fine." "I know because the Angel told me so." I asked her when he told her this and she said,"Right now, he told me to come get you that's why I'm here." She grabbed my hand and pulled me over to her bed and as she held my hand in hers she said,"Mommy you are going to be o.k. Look over there he's here for you." and as I looked where she pointed there was this enormous light and in it was a huge Angel with a colorful gown and and this awesome light surrounding him and filling into the room I was in shock. My daughter smiled and said."Mommy I told you I can see Angels and this one came for you." That is a sight I cherish to this day. I wish I can have that drawn it helped me immensely words cannot describe the peaceful feeling the glow of that light and the beauty of an Angel. It was incredible and helpful to me.

Hi! I commune with the Angels, and the Angelic Realm on a daily basis, so my mind is full of them.

Once a lady said to me that she was backing out of a car parking space at a supermarket. She put into reverse- but then saw a flash of white for some reason, and stopped. She found a feather on her dashboard, then hear commotino outside as a man rushed up to the back of her car and picked up a child. There had been a child in her blind spot and she would have run him over! She is convinced that this was divine intervention.

Another tale is that my father was on retreat, and was in a chapel alone in the dark praying for help on his spiritual journey. A figure walked out of the shadows to him in knightly armour and a huge blue cloak, and handed a sword to him. This, I took to be Michael, the warrior of Mercy, who works with those who seek to live within the laws of God. After that, my father felt protected and strong.

Myself, I have had countless encounters with the Angelic beings- I speak and commune with them every day and ask for their help, guidance, and also offer to be a vessel through which they can work. So of course my life is intercepted by these beings many times. I have seen many angels- other peoples' guardian angels, and also some Angels whose names are known (Gabriel, Raphael, Ambriel and many more).

sry, this isnt my story, but it is the story of a close friends great-grandmother. she was coming ouyt of church one day and she went to get onto her car that was parallel parked along the curb on the side of a busy road (sorry if that doesnt make sense) right as she went to put the keys i the door, a boomong, demanding voice tha no one elso seemed to hear and it said "back away from the car" so she stepped about15 feet back until she was standing up against the church wall. next, another car swevered (sp) off the road and totaled her car; a crash that would have definitely killed her. she believes that the voice was of GOD himself,not an angel, but who knows?

My Mom told me this story, and knowing that she was not particularly religious I am inclined to believe it really happened. My Mom grew up mostly in Kentucky, in a pretty rural area. Anyway, she said that she got hopelessly lost one day walking out in the woods, and it got dark. She was 6 or 7 at the time and got really scared and started crying. Then she said she felt someone take her hand (although she didn't see anyone) and the hand led her out of the woods. When she was safely back where she recognized her surroundings, the hand let go.

I heard a story too, about a kid who was caught in a flood. he was caught in the rushing water and would have been crushed to death against a wall, but from out of nowhere a man appeared beside him and grabbed a hold of him. No one saw where he had come from or how he had even gotten in the water, but he was there and saved the boy by using his body as a shield. when a rescue team got them out of there the man vanished with out a trace.
it feels good knowing GOD has his angels looking out for us.

A few weeks b4 my grandpa's death he was in the hospital. My mom and my aunt spent the night in his room with him. My mom was sleeping on a cot with her back to the whole room and my aunt was sleeping on the other side of my grandpa but facing him. Some time in the night my mom and my aunt both woke at the same time. My mom told me that when she woke she felt like some thing was behind her and was scare to look. Then she heard my aunt tell her "come here". My mom went over to her and my aunt asked her "did you see that". My mom told her no but I felt it. My aunt told her that when she woke she saw this unbelievable beautiful angel just hovering over my grandpa. She said she had never seen anything as beautiful...

I believe it. Angels can come in the form of dogs. They provide happiness, enjoyment and healing. I've heard of many cases that a dog will die not long after its owner. They're job here was done.

my car got a whole in its tire and i needed to change it, well out of no where a car pulled up and a man got out,he helped me change the tire i thanked him a lot and he got back in his car .this was by a store he did not go in the store when he was done. he just drove up changed my tire and drove away.
