What details exactly are you looking for?
If it is a persons measurements then this could be tricky. If it is their yahoo id then it depends if they have allowed access to this.
Phone number? Then you need a phone directory. If you are only able to use the internet then this may be a problem. Most libraries in the UK have a selection of local phone books.
