I dont understand why some men shave their heads, if they arent balding at all????? they have hair, please let me know also the purpose of hair tonic??? specially of bald heads? what does it do? why??

It stimulates the scalp. If they had hair, it would help the follicals as well (It may help them as well, but not to the same extent as you or I)

most men shave their heads because balding occurs hair tonic i guess gives them the thought of when they had hair lol clueless on that one.
