If there was in order to this crazy universe you would automatically get a raise for being the P&S King. I mean, damn - just look at how many long tedious hours you have put in!! :)

You need to tell them why you deserve a raise. (that is, if it is out of the annual raise schedule given to all employees)
You should point out to your boss that you have done something positive for the company or helped to save them money.
Perhaps an idea of yours was used to help in production.

Those are pretty much the most important ones to cover.

Thats a good question. Just tell your boss that you haven't cussed out any of the customers this week or burned the fries....Plus you spent overtime picking bugs out of the happy meals!

I'm not sure but holding a loaded gun to the bosses head, demanding a raise doesn't work. I tried that and it was more trouble than it was worth.

the 'key ' would be a keystroke detector, break into the boss's on line activities and threaten blackmail. instead of a raise, ask to be make a full partner

Do you mean "asking" for a raise. Have some facts ready to back up your request. Why you deserve this raise?...what have you done better or extra.... etc.
