Your question doesn't make sense. In the first sentence you say you got pregnant. In your second sentence you say that your period came and want to know if you are pregnant. Then the third sentence says you took a pregnancy test after your period and it was negative and you want to know if you could still be pregnant? Help me out here!

If you are pregnant it wasn't a period. A period is a hormonal response to lack of zygote implantation. If you are pregnant and you are bleeding it could be implantation bleeding or "unexplained vaginal bleeding." Is it really light or is it heavy like a real period?

When was your last menstrual period before this latest bleeding episode? Was it two weeks? Four weeks? If you had sex on the 11th and that is the only time you could have gotten pregnant and your test is negative now, you are not pregnant.

You can always just go to the doctor!

I'm a ER nurse. This is a little complicated. In determining possible pregnancy you should count from the day of your last period forward (the one before the period you are questioning) Most women's cycles run about 28 days. Did the period you have after that come at the regular time. Was it a regular cycle. If so you are not pregnant. Over the counter test performed correctly are pretty accurate.

little confused ,if your pregnant you shouldn't get a period, maybe you made a mistake

you need to miss a period to determine if pregnant, if your not late then your not pregnant sorry

EDIT ok as it reads you said you had sex and got pregnant right? how did you know you were pregnant? then your period came

so you had sex, got pregnant and had a period all in the same month?then your asking if pregnant?

if your period was ON time then your NOT pregnant

You state you got pregnant then your period came. But then you ask if you are pregnant. I'm a little confused. If you got your period and was a normal one then probably not prego, but you can always recheck in a few days.

the only way you could know if you got pregnant is if you took a pregnancy test. it just seems odd to me that you would take a pregnancy test 2 weeks after having sex unless you were trying to start a family. anyway, i know that this is yahoo answers, but shouldn't you be talking to a doctor? i think yahoo should just remove any life-altering categories, such as medical and financial, because some people are stupid enough to take the advice of complete strangers who could really just be 12 year olds posing as experts.

I won't really trust the pg test since the same thing happened when i was pregnant with my first and second baby. I would sudject going to an OB/G and getting checked.

If you got your period, it is likely that you are not pregnant, but it is not impossible. Time will tell. Take another test.

It sounds like you had a miscarriage. I had a miscarriage in October. I knew I was pregnant, when suddenly I got my period and it lasted for 5 days. I knew I was having a miscarriage because you cannot bleed for 5 days during pregnancy.....sorry for your loss....

You should see your doctor. If your period came after a positive test, you might have misscarried. Your doc should check you out to be sure.

You need to go to a clinic and find out, but usually test can be wrong if they were taken wrong or if you took them too early.
