A and C are perpindicular.......the key thing about perpindicular lines is that their slopes are the negative reciprocal, so the reciprocal of 2 is 1/2, and the negative of that is -1/2, so A and C are perpindicular

Perpendicular lines have slopes that are opposite reciprocals. Their y intercepts cannot be the same, though.
