I've had good luck with Corsair, Kingston and OCZ. I use Crucial when top performance isn't a requirement but stability is. I generally order through http://www.newegg.com and take which ever of these has the best sale going! After I install it I run Memtest86+ over night to make sure they are good sticks. Good luck.

Get Memtest86+ here: http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

Use this tool. It's free from Crucial and tells you what kind of memory you need.

I would go with a brand name, and one with a warranty.
Crucial, Kingston, PNY, HP, (brand names) are all I use, they go in and work.

Be very wary of cheap memory, it's typically a low-grade mix of chips, horrible! You can waste hours on bad memory. Not worth saving $10.
