For a title? How about just:

"A Unique System"

"A unique system that has not been found elsewhere" is redundant, since unique means it is the only one of its kind.

"New and unique" has become a joke phrase because it is used so much.

You need to find what is truly unique about the system and use that.

"A unique system"

The rest of the sentence fragment is redundant because the word unique means that it is not found elsewhere.

"A unique system such as this has not been found anywhere else."

That's what I would use, anyway. :]
