put wiesco piston but it will only start here and there and if its does start it want stay runing had it runing once rode it but it was cuting out bad any advice cause now it want start at all but it is firing

Check the compression. The shop that did the work, may have done a crummy job and botched it LOL
When you put the head on, did you adjust the valve clearances?

You put a 20 over piston and rings in it right? Does it flood after you try to start it? Check the compression if you can. Is the timing set? Hope that helps. Tim

deffinatly timing sounds off, I would check that out, and compression.
