because i lived in the south all of my life i know all to well what id do with those chickens, wash them out real good of course, salt the inside, buy some mc cormick fried chicken seasoning, spread butter or margerine over the top of the chickens and then sprinkle the chickens with the spice, put them in the oven on 350 degrees for about 2 and a half - 3 hours you can tell if they are done by placing a fork inside and if it slides in easy with no blood then its done, if you don"t live in the states use, paprika garlic powder and sprinkle that on instead it will be great i gurantee ya.

14 whole chickens? Not sure I ever cooked a whole chicken, but cut them up, put them in a large casserole dish and cover with cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, cream of (you get the idea). Bake at 350degrees until cooked thru....add minute rice if you have any leftover juices and cover for five minutes.....makes a nice casserole. Don't forget to salt and pepper to taste.

Roll each piece of chicken in honey mustard, then in crushed French's fried onions. Bake in a greased dish until the chicken is cooked and the onions are browned and crispy. This is delicious and easy!
