No. I have mailed things to my Dad and he has gotten them the next day, but if I send him something that requires more than one stamp, it takes 2 or 3 days to get to him. You would be wasting your money if you just are trying to get it there faster.
I was told when you put more than one stamp on it, they weigh it and that is why it takes longer. They will weigh things that look like they need more stamps too.

If you put enough stamps on it, the letter will get there before you mail it. :)
You will only waste money unless you ask the postal service for faster delivery. Overnight is in the $15 range for that expedited service.

No, you could placed as many stamps on it as you like even with the incontrovertible fact that it won't "pass quicker" except you're taking it to a counter clerk on the placed up workplace your self and tell them you like it to pass quicker! via the way I even have got here upon that USPS show Mail is very unreliable. carry on with top quality Mail, or priority Mail for heavier stuff of their particular boxes.

No, extra postage has no effect on the arrival time. If you are short postage, that can cause a delay.
