Make it a 383 stroker, add a modified cam with roller rockers and lifters and if you're a little shy on HP, put two fours on it.
I'm in the process of buying a 426 Mopar hemi with a stroker kit, roller rockers and lifters, a modified cam and two fours and it's guaranteed to pump out 625 HP plus.

The above sounds good.. don't forget to get high strength bearings for the crank or it will wear out quickly.. Also you will need to upsize the cooling capacity since those Horsepower units also come with more engine heat.
Also remember to invest in oil companies because you are sure going to need their gas .. expect a maximum of 10 mpg
(at $4 per gallon).
