my back and legs r killing me from my chest being to big

There are risks to every surgery. This will be surgery times two (one for each breast).

Since you have back pain you could get covered under your insurance plan.

Discuss it with a plastic surgeon.

All surgery comes with risks. It will depend on any other health conditions and medication allergies you may have. But if your breasts are that big, I would see a plastic/cosmetic surgeon. If they say it is medically necessary to reduce your breasts, your insurance will pay for part of it. Here is some good information about the risks of general anesthesia:

Any "alteration" done to your body will carry with it some risks. The best person to consult would be the doctor.
