Isaac,

What have you been smoking my brother? She could no more win the presidency than George Bush head up the DNC. She tried a power play and it blew up in her face. She has no idea about foriegn policy and should stay out of it.

I'm quite sure she would like to become president but she doesn't have a chance against Hillary or Obama, one experienced in the white house and the other black. Of course she didn't influence Iran in any way as to the sailors release, what are you thinking?? She only succeeded in making a spectacle of herself.

I don't think she is planning to run, such travel is common for high profile Congresspeople.

I do not believe she influenced the release of the UK sailors. If she had any reason at all to believe that she did, I'm certain she would claim credit for it.

I think she would take votes away from Hillary, but not Obama if all three ran. She's a much less polarizing figure than Hillary.

She had nothing to do with release of UK soldiers. Iran was looking for a way out of bad move. They like to say it was release of Iranians in Iraq but the Iraqi President made that choice, not UK or US. he decided they did not have enough evidence.

Pelosi is positioning herself to be a horse's pa-toot so far.
Israel was not amused to be quoted from a conversation that never happened. She will not even get re-elected to the House - power hungry people like her rarely last.

Fine, let her run. She is such a good example of socialist left-wing nuts. She couldn't beat Newt and people hate him and he's not running.

Her first few acts as Speaker were flops! Her gloating over the Iraq spending bill was disgusting. It only passed by a few votes but listening to her made it sound like it was landslide victory!

If by the Big House you mean jail......yes. She has no biz talking to the people she's talking to and saying the things she said today. She may end up in jail. She should stay home and go back to those protean facials she likes so much.

If she is she is not impressing me. She just helped deliver the new Democatic budget which allows the Bush tax credits to lapse, which results in the largest tax increase in history. She also went to visit Syria, just when we had finally began to isolate them along with our allies. I think she should be shot for treason.

Sure do think she is tryng to get the Presidency, or as she sees it, the Emperorship. Her powermad gloating after the Democrat gains in the last election was downright scary. If you want to see something similar, look at Hitler's quotes and behaviour after the 1932 German elections. The similarities will scare you!

I can't speak for her role in the release of the sailors since I wasn't in those meetings, although it seems as if those who answered previously are privvy to this information, and are better experts at international diplomacy.

Regardless, even if she could get elected, I don't think she wants to. She has plenty of work and power in her role now. I'm sure if you asked her directly, she would say she is where she needs to be.

I don't think she will run for president. She has a great deal of power and influence now, and a sure thing (she has the job already) - for the next two years, at least.
