As I told you in your previous question regarding court marriage, but for your specific question you don’t want her parents to know about this marriage, sorry for that they will come to know about it, the very fact you both have to mention not only you present address but also your permanent address in the application/notice of the marriage which you file at the time of such marriage with the marriage officer. This is compulsory & a copy of such notice will be sent on her as well your permanent address too, not only that there will be a personal verification about her & you, where about even at the said permanent address, this is done to confirm her your residential proof as well her your marital status. No concession on this account. Whether you two marry in Mumbai or Rajkot.Contact me directly vijay_mahajan5758@yahoo.co.in or call me on 9810996806.

she needs some kind of photo id - without it i dont think its going to be possible...
i think u mean a registered marriage when you say court marriage - you need to go to the local registrar's office where there's a person in charge of marriage registrations... the rules are same all over india; since ur in mumbai you can visit any registrar's office there and ask them the procedures - it's going to be the same in patna
then you'll need 2 witnesses - they cant be related to either of you and they might need to bring some kind of photo id as well

all the best dude
