As others have mentioned, unfortunately Astroworld is gone.

There's the Zuma fun park in Houston, but it's pretty small.

Zuma Fun Center

Address: 180 West Rankin Road
Houston, Texas 77090 USA
Phone numbers: 281-872-7778 Local
Official web site: http://www.zumafuncenters.com

Where I'd go is the Kemah Boardwalk, open year round. It's only about 30 min south of Houston and a LOT of fun!

Kemah Boardwalk

Address: 215 Kipp Avenue
Kemah, Texas 77565 USA
Phone numbers: 877-AT-KEMAH Toll Free
281-334-9880 Local
Official web site: http://www.kemahboardwalk.com

Hope you have fun!

Kemah Boardwalk is building a new wooden coaster called "The Boardwalk Bullet" which is most likely will be the best coaster in Texas. I am expecting the ride to lift riders off thier seats at least 12 times! :)

Astroworld is gone now so all we have is Splashtown Water Park. It is a very fun place and it is located on I-45 North in Spring.
