Legally? In a heartbeat, my child. We've both been together for a looong time but there's nothing legally protecting our union; and I worry, even with documents in place, that the same heartbreak that Madame Rose suffered could happen to one of us. If legal marriage was offered we'd take it.

I can already do that because I live in the UK where it is legal, and yes I would do it. All I am short of is a woman to get married to.

Yes, we had our ceremony 5 Sep 1992 but it was not legal - just for our wants - but I would legally marry Joe again any day of the week!

I would also expect a new ring! Diamonds are also a guy's best friend!

BTW: We are legally set, wills, medical power of attorney, power of attorney, life insurances, the house and vehicles - - we did want to secure our rights.

I'm already "married", All I need is the Legal recognition.

And Joe C The only depraved people are those who insist that their Mythology defines reality for everyone else.

We are already married to eachother in the one place where it truly counts....our HEARTS. I dont need the church and all of its hipocritical members to deem me "acceptable and recognizable." BUT we are definitely going to file for Domestic Partnership in hopes that one day soon it will enable us the exact same rights as a marriage license...minus the whole priest thing.

Legally, like heterosexuals? No. Considering that I live in NorCal you would think that it would be different. It isn't. My girlfriend and I were married in a gay church. Then we received our certificate. It was lovely.

Yes, if my husbear asked. :o)
I'm having visions of fabulous rings here . . . . lol

I'm not sure I want to go to certain wedding ceremonies described where "genitals" are shared. That should be left for the honeymoon, in my opinion.
