UTI: Anyone Women Here With Disabilities?

I'm paralyzed from about the waist down and have some incontinence problems which often give me bad UTI's. Do Monistat Coolwipes help prevent UTI's or do they make it worse? Any other help with this wouldme be nice.

I suggest taking cranberry supplement perles, or if you like the juice, drink that daily. Cranberry juice cleans your system and keeps the bacteria levels balanced, and is particularly noted to aid in the prevention of UTIs. Monistat Coolwipes won't prevent them, but they are a great way to be sure that that area is kept clean, and that will help with the bacteria that causes these infections. Avoid using any products that are scented or labled "deodorant", those are menacing to those with sensitive, you know. Summer's Eve makes a feminine cleansing wash, and is made for that part of a woman's body, and is very agreeable. You can use it to was all over as well.
