in p.e. we have to shower after and well all the guys except me arnt scared about showing offf. they all run and i see their Member jiggle up and down. i sorta get horny off it. and after i get erections. they all laugh at me but then they say nice job and then they all copy me. why is this?
another question, when i see them in the shower their members look different then mine. some have skin at the tips and some dont. why not?

and is this considered masterbating?
these 2 guys touch eachother (they are gay) wud that be masterbating or sex?

Yes you can keep asking questions and I will talk with you honestly and openinly about puberty and your sexual development. It is not uncommon for the sight of nude males or females to cause erections in young teen boys. It will pass and not happen as you mature by age 16 or 17 it usually stops. It is related to curiosity and the sexual suggestions of nudity. Also, males are more sensitive to visual stimulation. To avoid this make your glances quick and don't spend a lot of time looking. It is also common to get erections at times like showering and locker room dressing.
Some of the boys still have their foreskin and some boys either for religious reasons or medical reasons have had the foreskin removed. The penis comes at birth with the foreskin over the end. This is often cut off shortly after birth for reasons of cleanliness, but it really is not necessary.
Masturbation is the playing with the penis until it becomes erect. If the two boys are simply touching or handling each others penis with them becoming erect then this is called fondling. It is illegal for an adult 18 and older to touch, fondle, or play with a minors penis. Some people are just more shy than others. I am guessing you have never been in an environment where you were exposed much to other people's nakedness. I think that can make you have the reaction you get when you now see other boys naked. It's nothing to be ashamed about or worry about. Although I understand how it could embarrass you a little bit.

The two boys you are talking about are not masturbating, master bating is when you cause your self to become aroused by touching yourself. They are having sex play, which in my opinion is rather inappropriate at school.

Sorry I'm not another boy, and I know it can be embarrassing to talk to your parents about this too. My youngest son was the only one of my children who didn't have a problem talking to me about his puberty sex issues.

Puberty is a difficult time whether you are boy or a girl. All those new hormones in your body gives you such new feelings and your body changing can be strange for you. Skin at the tip means you were not circumcised as a baby. Circumcision is when a doctor cuts off the skin at the end of the penis with a scalpel. Jewish people do this for religious reasons. Some parents just have it done for no reason.

Any sexual thought or visual sight can cause erection. That is normal and happens to all men. This means nothing about your sexuality, it just....IS. Boys your age are just immature, and they make a big deal and laugh cuz they are stupid. They probably also laugh at "fart" jokes.....
