No offence to all you blondes out there but I think it is actually true that blondes are dumb. My (so called) best friend dyed her hair blonde (it used to be brown) but now she asks even more dumber questions now then she did when she had brown hair. What do ye think.

No no no. I don't think all blondes are dumb just her. I mean she asks questions like what subjects do we have next and her time table is right in front of her. She isn't dumb IQ ways because she gets high grade results. But i think she acts dumb to empress the guy she likes but absolutely hates her and he told her but she thinks he likes her. He called her a twit.
I have no idea whether she is dumb or not.
I don't have a problem with blondes. Blonde is a nice colour on some people. It don't suit her though

Nope just the way they are sterotyped and some but not all blondes try to live up to the name dumb blonde.
By the way I'm brunette and thick and my sister is natural blonde and very intelligent.

When people say, "No offense," it generally means they're about to say something truly offensive.
Hair color does not affect IQ or intelligence. Even if it did, altering one's hair color wouldn't change it. Hair is dead.
The valedictorian at my high school graduation was a natural blonde.
It's possible that your friend buys into the myth that blonds are dingy and is allowing her silly side out more because of it, but her basal intelligence level has not changed.
Now stop, before you give us brunettes a bad name.

I think its what is expected of a blonde girl,to play the cute girly blonde,so they just aspire to that,some of them.Although i have met a lot of blondes who are fiercely intelligent,and take real offence to this stereotype,in my opinion it depends on the person and not the hair colour.

it must be the peroxide, coz we tested the theory on a black girl (dyed her hair blonde) and what do you know..... she got a touch dumber! lol, so i guess natural blondes have no problem, people trying to be blonde ..... the tests must go on!

blondes aren't dumb, your friend is dumb. maybe in dying her hair she is buying into the stereotype and it's causing her to act ditzy.
