The 2nd one, having to tell everybody what to do but they never get it right. Other people can tell you what to do if they say it with respect and if they be nice, as if they say ''Kyle can you please go bring these files down for me''?..It would be much more better and it would sound much more respectful then someone saying ''Kyle, get theser papers down for me NOW!''. You see? It depends on the attutiude for the first one, the 2nd one if you tell someone to do something but they constantly get it wrong it would be frustratin, because first you have to tell them what to do and then they dont do it right and can mess up youre entire day. So id say the 2nd one is worse.
