Do you want cheapest in the short run or the long run? The reason why I ask is that if you go to a law school that is easy and doesn't cost much -- then you probably won't pass the bar and will have a hard time getting a job. Therefore, it is extremely expensive in the long run.

On the other hand, if you go to the best law schools in the area, then they may cost a lot of money to get through -- but you can take out loans. The important thing is that you will have lots of job offers when you get out, will have the knowledge needed to pass the bar on the first attempt, and will be able to make lots of money to pay off your loans. in the long run, Columbia University and NYU law schools are the cheapest -- even though they cost the most.

If you really want to go to the easiest law school -- then you should probably find a different profession.

i will be going to lawschool too in 2 years. lawschool is for the wealthy and the supersmart. if you're none of those two you will have a very very difficult time. especially first year. first year students are considered "scum" by the teachers and you MUST put all your time into your studies and not work anywhere else because first year you get recruited by major law firms who are looking for students to be ranked number 1 out of 200 students in a class. so don't say the words cheap because any lawschool by the time you get out you will be in debt possibly over $100,000.
