Weird guy nipples??!!?

Question

I know this sounds perverted but I was bitting my b.f nipples and I noticed that they was like a hard ball or lump behind the actual nipple Ive never seen this before I asked him if he had ever noticed it. He was like, its because he works out theyre swollen ive never heard of such a thing. What could it be??

Does he use steroids? They can cause a mans nipples to look and feel like this. Weight lifters have more hormones going through their body too. My fiance has lifted weights for years. The only time I noticed this is when he used steroids. You can usually tell a man that's on them because their nipples take on almost a woman form. Approach this subject VERY CAREFULLY!!! Guys are touchy about this. Weight lifters have different terms for this but I can't remember them right now.

You don't say how old he is, and if it's on both sides or just one side. It's fairly common for teenage boys to develop some mild enlargement of their breast tissue (gynecomastia) due to the massive hormone fluctuations that accompany puberty. This usually occurs on both sides, and may even be tender. This is normal and temporary. If, on the other hand, the lump is only on one side, and non-tender, he should get checked out by a physician.

Any lump in the breast, be it a man or woman is not normal. Encourage him to get it checked, although it does not occur as often, men can develop breast cancer too.

guys do get these from working out because the muscle grew but if anything severe comes up take him to see a doctor

It depends. Breast Cancer could develop in men too, but its uncommon. I would see a doctor if I were you.
