Just because she has been with a male fish doesn't mean that she will give birth to fry. The ph and temperature must be right for the fry to develop. If it is too cold the fry will not develop and if the ph is not right they won't live once the are born.

Its very possible that your fish are giving birth but the fry are getting eaten. When your female fish get really fat and you think they're about to give birth put them in a breeding net. After she gives birth take the mother out and you'll have a nice batch of little fishes. If you don't want to get a breeding net you can get lots and lots of plants and hope the fry can hide from the other fish.

Have you tried a larger partial water change? Sometime this will stimulate a fish to drop fry.
