Sethieboy definately does so.
It is a a practice he learned from the ancient Indian school of the "Jhana yoga" or the "Ypga of Knowledge."
It is a form of meditation in which "you" see that you are not your thoughts, or feelings but the witness of your thoughts and feelings.
Sethieboy reccomends you think or write in third person for 30 minutes (first time- he reccomends doing it by yourself) and see what happens! :)
