Considering the moon is without the benefit of an atmosphere that means those ribs would be REALLY cold...we'd have to use the sun as the BBQ...LOL.
No, I would not eat the moon o ribs because the moon still controls our tides and if everyone took a bite then, we would in essence eat ourselves into armageddon.
