What are negative and positive effects of Socialization on personality ?

negative effect, the personality is getting less sharp , less original.
positive effect , working together with the adapted personality has a higher succesrate than with the pure personality.
As an example , to illustrate what I mean , you can look at your own question. How does this question appear to you ?

Are you asking this because you are curious ?, There are a lot of questions you can ask with "what are the negative and positive" etc. It is common knowledge that everthing has its good and its bad sides ( uh positive and negative sides ), and it is also good behaviour to ask for both of them, not only one..
The rough unsocialized brute would ask it in the form of a statement : I dont want to go to school ! I will loose my habits there ! ? I dont want to adapt to society , I am who I am and if that is not good enough , then bye bye , I dont wanna waste time with stupid things like "behaviour" , I want to clean streets and build houses , and do something with cars
