Had a great day. Had the day off work as we were having some laminate and carpet put down. Spent a lot of the day in the garden in the glorious sunshine. Was great knowing I still have 4 days off.

yes during the day I had lots of fun with my new collegue, i am trying to help him but at the same time i am trying to stress him for fun. The evening was less, my girlfriend phoned me to tell stories i didnt want to listen to, after that i did a bit of sporting for my shoulder and now i am home. the weather is good

Mowed the lawn. Had a cup of tea. Cut the edges. Had a cup of tea. Watered the lawn. Had a cup of tea. Played with the dog. Had a cup of tea. Went round the park, came home, had a cup of tea. Read the paper whilst having a cup of tea. Oh to be retired and have a cup of tea, half of sugar please.

yes i ran wild around a child's play park and lost the calories i had eaten before going....to me that was a good day
