Ever tried mayo and bacon bits on a baked potato. If you like mayo, it's very yummy.

Rub it down with olive oil, garlic powder and salt first, wrap it tightly in foil, then bake it...top it with butter, sour cream or ranch dressing, real bacon bits, chives and shredded cheese...YUM! Now I'm hungry!!!
