are there any horses that have two heads (actually conjoined twins), either real or fictional (in mythology or in literature or other media)? I've tried to search for conjoined horses or two headed horses and only get horse racing terms like conjoined markings or the joke about a two headed horse not winning a race (I assume this joke means a head on both ends).

there has to be at least one real two headed horse that has been born sometime in the last 100 years. I did find a picture, or a sketch rather of a two headed horse, but its from a book that is over 150 years old at http://www.amphilsoc.org/library/mole/g/geoffroy.htm . there weren't any other details in that site anyways.

@Silverbirch, I never asked about ducks and didn't need an answer related to them.

There was one in the fifty's in southern Colorado that a rancher had but it died at birth. I think he had it stuffed and took it to local schools to show the kids. But I don't' know what happened to it now.

The three horses were sent to you to give you three warnings, tonight there will only be two horses if you do not heed the warnings, then one horse then??????????It is up to you to find out what you have done wrong and right this wrong. Either that or it is telling you to have a trifecta bet on any race with a normal black horse,a white two headed horse and a non descript coloured three headed horse.Races with horses as described are quite common so you may have to bet at a few courses and countries to win the bet.All the best.

Though I cannot find any pictures or articles after several searches, this surely must have happened before. All kinds of animals are susceptible to this unfortunate anomaly - cats, pigs, snakes, turtles, ...

This picture is just a matter of horse position and camera angle, but it makes me laugh. http://www.burnham-down-the-house.net/archives/Individual/001066.php

I saw a picture the other day of a duckling with four legs (and two wings), but I don't think it was conjoined.
