A good cheap way is Vaseline-the mascara comes right off & also helps to keep your lashes soft & healthy. I use Neutrogena oil free makeup remover-blue bottle. It says right on the bottle that it removes waterproof mascara & it does. It has cucumber in it to soothe your eyes and does not leave any oily residue.

I like L'oreal eye makeup remover. But to be quite honest, good ole Baby Oil works just as well.

The stuff you want to get is Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover. It retails for about $5 a bottle, and it's clear. You have to shake it to make it work. It works brilliantly, though. They have it at Target and Wal-Mart.
