I sold'em when it touched $90 since that was my exit strategy and I made money. Subsequently, it reached 100 but it didn't bother me since it could have gone in either direction and I had already invested my proceeds elsewhere. So, the answer to your question depends on what's your exit strategy (in other words, are you happy with the amount you're making on the stock + where else will you invest it for a similar or higher return)?
