I personally think laws and regulations regarding an accused person's rights can be unfair. The fact that the accused has the right to face his accuser is, I think, unfair. Take someone who has been raped, or a child who has been molested, or a wife who has been battered; they are in fear and are traumatized, so they have to sit and testify while the person who attacked them is in plain view.
Also, I think the statute of limitations on rape is unfair, particularly in this day and age, with DNA. DNA has freed people in prisons who actually were innocent, but if it's been more than 5 years (or however long the statute of limitations is), even if absolute guilt can be proven, the actual guilty party is not held accountable for his crime. Basically, it's more of an outdated rule, that started because eyewitness testamony becomes less and less reliable as time passes.
Many families in America fall in one of the most difficult income brackets. They make too much for government assistance, but not enough to be well off and self-sufficient. I think it's really unfair that that's the way governmental assistance works.
Abortion is constitutional because it's the mother's body. Committing suicide is actually against the law, as is assisted suicide. So you can kill your baby, but not yourself, legally.

I'll use my home state as an example....
Did you know that in Florida
1. Women may be fined for falling asleep under a hair dryer, as can the salon owner.
2. Men may not be seen publicly in any kind of strapless gown.
3. When having sex, only the missionary position is legal.
4. Oral sex is illegal.
5. It is considered an offense to shower naked.
Check out the following site for real laws that make no sense.

Unfair Law: Prohibition of gay marriage.
Reason: Homosexuals must be entitled to the same rights that heterosexuals enjoy because neither sexual orientation has value exceeding that of the other.
Cause: Religious cultists.
Unfair Law: Illegality of Euthanasia
Reason: A person's life is his or her own property. When a living will is written expressing a wish to die under certain circumstances, society should be allowed no say.
Cause: Religious cultists and non-theist "pro-lifers" (read: meddling, self interested never-do-wells).
Unfair Law: Illegality of Cannabis
Reason: When put into tea and food, it is 100% proven to reduce the rate of bone erosion and helps to treat existing arthritic symptoms.
Cause: Backwards lawmakers, unnecessary stigma.

Sometimes laws wind up being unfair because they are not administered evenly such as the death penalty. People who can afford to hire good defense attorneys never get it and neither do women, only men. The law may not be unfair but the way it is carried out is.

1) Same sex marriages;
2) Legalization of Marijuana for medical purposes;
3) some of the Sexual offender laws are unfair in relation to a boyfriend-girlfriend situation with a girl under 16 and a guy over 18 - if she is 15 and he's 19 (that's only 4 years) he can be charged with rape and have to register as a sex offender

Unfair, no.
The government needs to start putting these laws that are already there into action, starting with prosecuting illegals.

That would depend on what laws you are talking about. If you mean, US laws, no, I don't think so. If you are asking about Sharia, one of the Muslims laws, then yes. Almost all of the sharia laws are unfair to women. For example, a woman can be killed by her family for "honor". A woman can be beaten by her husband if she does anything he dislikes.

Here are a couple ideas:
1. Abortion being legal. Abortion is the murder of an unborn child, and is unfair to that child, being that he/she did nothing wrong.
2. All of the minorities in this country being allowed to have their own groups, but white men not being allowed to have their own group. All of the women's groups and groups based on race are exclusive of others, and white men would be called racist or sexist if they tried to have their own equivalent group. On a similar note, affirmative action is also unfair to the people who are more qualified for the scholarship/job/etc they are applying for.
3. Assuming some sort of amnesty gets passed by Congress and signed by Bush, that will be unfair to everyone who came to this country legally and waited their turn.
