The Vice president shot a lawyer awhile back, and never got into trouble for it, so it must have been an open season, and apparently you don't need to buy a license. Does anyone know when this season opens again, and how long it is open? Is it restricted to certain states, or is it nation wide? Can we use something bigger than birdshot?

I don't believe for one second that you can call it an accident when you go out drinking before hunting, anymore than drunk driving. Are you saying when a drunk plows his car into some innocent people he should get off scott free?

dude alcohol excuses everything. in my state some dude was caught drunk driving like 15 times and he finally killed someone and they were like....maybe this guy needs to be in jail or something....so if cheney goes hunting after drinking 15 more times. then we can call it even...

ahhh the american justice system....
