it's not just them tanking games
the pacers would have to win out as well which isn't going ot happen
each team has 8 games left and the wizards are 7 games ahead of the pacers and the wizards hold the tie breaker
a win out and a lose out for this to happen
you know the odds on that happening? zero to none

With the mediocrity of the East, they would probably make the playoffs even if they did tank all the games. They have had some unfortunate luck at the end of the season, but they are a solid team with a solid starting five. Teams like Boston, Philadelphia, Charlotte, and Portland should be tanking.

It's possible. They would have to finish behind Orlando. They have 8 games remaining, but a 5.5 game lead ahead of the Magic. Even if they enter the lottery the chance won't be so good since they just barely missed the playoffs.

theyre over 500 and theres only like 7 or 8 games left, so its to late to tank now. they arent going to get into the top 5 or top 10 for that matter. stick with what you got. and true fans dont tank. true fans want their team to win no matter what. ive been a warriors fan my whole life and never have i ever thought about tanking to get a top 5 pick.

They can't do this. They'd have to virtually lose all their remaining games. The league would look at this very closely. They are making the playoffs as a 6th seed, no doubt. And then they'll be swept.

They may not have choice with Agent Zero out. I doubt they can win more than 1 or 2 of their last games

it's a little late to tank now. even if they lose every game left, they will probably still make the playoffs seeing as how they are in the east.

The only problem is that they're up seven with eight games left so it's essentually impossible for them to miss the playoffs

They should not try and lose on purpose, Not when their already in the playoffs, give the fans what they want, and give some younger players, some playoff experience

their record is not crappy enough so it wouldn't matter. They r probably goin to lose in the first round tho with agent o and caron butler out.
