I mean a relationship that is non-exclusive and just "for fun" as people say.

Right from the beginning and before. You can never be too soon to let someone know what your intentions are and let them pattern their life accordingly without getting all wrapped up in love and getting hurt and that kind of stuff. For Gods sake the place doesn't have to be special as there is no special interest, just friends and casual buddies right, why the fuss over where and how. Don't be concerned about the romance you are trying to put into it, it is not necessary, casual people casual style. I assume by casual you mean no committment. Anyplace, anytime kind of relationship. Way too much thought for this kind of relationship. You are either young or new to dating and friendship. You never know the answer to that question might be NO.

Be upfront in the begging.. aka cover your ***! Always make your intentions clear in the begging. You may get turned down a lot at first however eventually you will find that you will attract women who are also into strictly casual relations. Make sure you are certain that this is what you want nobody likes an indecisive person.

The best time is right up front on the first date. If she is smart, she will know that you only want her for the fun and that to be with you would be a waste of time if she is looking for a real bf.

Keep it real! Tell her upfront and give her the chance to decide if she's down for just a causal relationship. Remember, sex changes things and people's perception of whats going on, so say what you mean and mean what you say, and by all means never tell her you LOVE her.

You need to make that clear up front otherwise she may become more attached then you want her to be. Don't lead her on and the longer you wait to tell her the worse it'll get, unless she feels the same way and you just don't know it

Do NOT tell her upfront, that will send her running for the hills, normally women want a serious relationship, but don't lie to her, if she asks you tell her what you want, but if she doesn't ask and you don't tell she can't say you lied.

After you've just done the deed and she blurts out that she loves you...that would be a perfect time!

The best time would probably be before you sleep with her.

Straight to the point and at the beginning. Don't ever lead her to false pretenses. If you do that, she'll be pissed at you.

Straight and with no equivocation. Sooner rather than later.
