Um what?? Well some do and some don't. This seems to be a rather previlent query on here. There are allot of deciding factors for whether or not a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses has windows. The one on Anthony Road, in Macon Georgia has no windows. It is a BAD neighborhood. We had to put an Iron Gate on our steel door so that there would be no break ins while the building was empty. We even had to put a brick cage around the Heating and Air unit. Meanwhile, when we toredown and rebuilt/expanded the Kingdom Hall on Chambers Road in Macon we did put Windows in. However it is in a better neighborhood and we do patrol the parking lot during meetings, as when the lot was empty we had car thefts. Also it is in a neighborhood with lots of people who would notice if it was disturbed. Security is just 1 of the many reasons for/against having windows.

Generally, a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses is built without windows only in areas which tend toward hate crimes and vandalism against houses of worship. Sadly, it seems that the questioner must be from an area with a reputation for bigotry and lawlessness.
Jehovah's Witnesses are proven to be true Christians based upon the Witnesses' preaching work and the anti-Witnesses' bigoted hatred against them.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

Um they do where I live fool. Maybe the ones where you live couldn't afford windows because you know they don't pass a collection plate there. Actually many Jehovah's Witness facilities double as storm shelters, so if you are in a tornado or hurricane prone region, that would be why they have no windows. I know this because I have helped build several of them.
