dont be sad, youre just limiting yourself too much! this is what ive been doing and its working!...
first of all, eat only things that can contribute to your body in some way. dont worry how many calories are in them... like yogurt and granola bars.. both taste good and are healthy
start drinking crystal light... full of vitamin c and low calories
make sure youre getting atleast 30 minutes of exercise each day.. even if all youre doing is walking. take 3 10 minute walks if you have to.
eat a bowl of total cereal every morning with 1% milk and sweetner (no sugar)
at the end of each day write down everything you had to eat. look over what you ate and put a star next to the things that you could do without, things that didnt contribute to your body in anyway such as ice cream, white bread, fried foods, etc.
and last but not least, diet day by day! since you messed up today, start again tomorrow morning.. start by eating a bowl of total and drinking some crystal light. then take a walk. if you start your diet right away during the morning, it'll motivate you to keep it up for the rest of the day. good luck to you!

It's alright to have a "bad day" we all do! Just cut the bad eating now and start fresh tomorrow. Do some exercise so you won't feel so bad! It's really alright and i'm sure you probably already look fantastic! No worries!

Tommorow is another day.
Don't beat your self up.
I have to stay on a diabetic diet or I'll die.U get used to it.
I lost 40 lbs. when they 1st put me on it, and I eat more than most grown men.
It's not what how much u eat, just what u eat.
I weigh 118 now, but the diet was not a choice.

that's why you should eat...and eat healthy foods that way you don't have to binge on a lot of junk food. so if you want something sweet, you can eat it in moderation.
