This is simple factoring, how are you supposed to learn if you get other people to do you homework.

For instance...
3: x^2 + 5x + 4 = 0 (x+4)(x+1)
13.x^2 + 16x + 48 = 0 (x+12)(x+4)

Those are the only ones I'll help you one, just use the FOIL method to check your work.
